You can stay on our free plan for as long as you want. There aren't any restrictions other than the hourly rate limits, which in this case is limited to 10 API requests per hour.
02. How do I pay for the subscription?
You can subscribe to any of our paid plans by simply creating an account. For your convenience all payments will be taken automatically, so you don't have to pay manually each month and of course to avoid any service disruption.
03. How do I get my API key?
Your API key will be sent to the email address you have entered while paying for your subscription plan, so please make sure you have access to the respective mail box.
04. Do you keep my payment details safe?
We do not store or see your payment details. All payments are processed using a third party PCI compliant payment gateway and no sensitive data is ever processed on our servers, or available to us.
05. Can I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in your account section. You will need your email address and the password to access the same

You can access your payment history anytime and print receipts for them from your account section.
07. Can I cancel my subscription?
You are not bound in a contract and can cancel the subscription anytime or downgrade to the free plan. It is advisable that you take into account the renewal date while cancelling, to be able to use the service until the date you have paid for
08. I just subscribed but my API key doesn't seems to work. What should I do?
Please allow some time for your new API key to propagate through the system. If you need to use it straight away please Contact us and we will speed this process up.
09. How do you keep your list of spammers and Disposable emails updated?
We have software scripts continuously monitoring some of the most reliable public list of spammers and also have our own system that detects new disposable email providers to get you the most updated list
10. Is my data safe with you?
We do need to access some of the lead information to be able to return the results to you, but we would never store the lead information in our database. We are planning a feature that would enable you to report spammers, that might get through our net so that we have a crowdsourced list of spammers that can help everyone across the globe.
